Welcome to Zeus Forever Logistics ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing our website at zeusforeverlogistics.com or using our moving services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Use of the website
You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only. You may not access the site to damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use.
2. Quotes and estimates
Quotes provided on the website or by phone are good-faith estimates based on the information you provide. A binding estimate is only final once it is signed in writing by both parties. Estimates assume accurate inventory, access, and conditions at both origin and destination.
3. Moving services
Our moving services are governed by your separate written services agreement, the bill of lading issued on move day, and applicable federal and state regulations, including those of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). We operate under USDOT 4543002 and MC 1803165.
4. Excluded items
We will not transport hazardous materials, perishable food, firearms, ammunition, live plants or animals, cash, or illegal items. We recommend customers personally transport valuables, jewelry, irreplaceable documents, and prescription medications.
5. Liability
Unless you elect and pay for full-value protection, our liability for loss or damage is limited by federal tariff to sixty cents ($0.60) per pound per article. Full-value protection is available and recommended for items of significant value.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon delivery unless other written arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For interstate moves, a reservation deposit may be required.
7. Cancellations
Local moves may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Interstate moves may require longer notice; see your written agreement for specifics.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the "Zeus Forever Logistics" name, logos, photography, and written content — is our property or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it without written consent.
9. Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal law. Disputes arising out of these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Georgia.
