Both. For most local moves under 50 miles we offer an hourly rate with a two-hour minimum. For long-distance and larger local moves we offer binding flat-rate estimates so you know the exact total before we lift a box.

Yes. Every move is covered by our federally required cargo and liability insurance. Full-value protection (which covers full replacement cost, not just weight-based reimbursement) is available as an optional upgrade for interstate moves.

Two to four weeks is ideal, especially if you are moving between the 25th and 5th of the month (our busiest window). That said, we frequently accommodate same-day and next-day local moves when our schedule allows — just call.

Pianos and gun safes — yes, we specialize in them. We have the dollies, straps, and crew size to handle both uprights and grands, and safes up to 1,500 lbs. Hot tubs we can do if the placement allows a crew of four with proper access; we will assess during your quote.

We file a claim for you on the spot. For items damaged due to our negligence, we repair or replace at our cost under our full-value protection coverage. For basic coverage, federal rules require compensation of $0.60 per pound per article — we recommend upgrading to full-value protection for anything you care about.

Yes. Zeus Forever Logistics is federally licensed under USDOT 4543002 and MC 1803165, which authorizes us to handle interstate household goods moves to all 50 states. We can send you our active certificates on request.

We do not ship vehicles ourselves, but we have trusted partners we refer clients to. Ask your coordinator and we will make an introduction.

Tips are appreciated but never expected. A common rule of thumb is $20–$40 per mover for a half-day move and $40–$80 per mover for a full day, adjusted for the level of service and difficulty.

Employees. Every Zeus Forever mover is a full-time, W-2 employee who has been trained, uniformed, and background-checked. We do not use day-labor services — ever.

Hazardous materials (paint, propane, fuel, aerosols, ammunition), perishable food, live plants, live animals, and illegal items. We also recommend you personally transport cash, jewelry, irreplaceable documents, and prescription medications.

Yes. We sell professional-grade boxes, tape, bubble wrap, packing paper, wardrobe boxes, dish packs, and mattress bags. Call the office to arrange pickup or delivery.

Yes. Most high-rise and mid-rise buildings require one before they let us on the loading dock. Tell your coordinator the exact requirements your building sent you and we will issue the COI directly to the building management.

We scout the logistics before move day. If parking is tight, we may use a shuttle (a smaller truck that ferries between the house and a legally parked larger truck). Your quote will include any shuttle charges up front — no surprises.
